Kathleen listened carefully to our needs as sellers and provided recommendations to meet those needs. She negotiated with a difficult broker to ensure fairness to both parties. Her starting price of our home was spot on; we had multiple showings in just a couple of days and sold the home within a month of listing. She helped us work with the title company to get things signed quickly and efficiently even though we were out of the area at the time of sale. While we sometimes wanted more information than we had, none of it affected the sale of the home and can probably be chalked up to first-time seller nerves. I highly recommend Kathleen.

We highly recommend Autumn. She was very helpful throughout the process of us buying our first home. Few houses in the Corvallis area were in our budget and she was so on top of letting us know about new listings in our price range. She was very accommodating and generous with her time. She is very knowledgeable about the area and the process as well. If we move in the future we will definitely have Autumn as our realtor again.
