Crystal approaches the task of home selling as if it were her own property.....always thinking ahead of what needs to be done next. We sold a property at a less than desirable time in the market and Crystal brought us a cash deal that closed the property in less time than expected with no issues at closing. Crystal is very professional and dedicated to her job, and seems to really enjoy helping others to find the home they like, or selling the home they presently own. This is the 2nd time that we have used Crystal and there were no disappointments or surprises in either transaction. Great Realtor!!

Crystal Adams, and her team, demonstrated a level of commitment and expertise that far exceeded my expectations. Their knowledge, experience and dedication was the key to closing on an exceptionally dificult short sale. Crystal utilized tough as nails negotiation skills, while still maintaining fairness for all parties involved. I would recommend them to anybody in need of real estate assistance. Thank you so much Crystal Adams!!!

Crystal exhibits the highest level of professionalism and delivers unmatched expertise in real estate. Having purchased several homes in the past, Crystal outperformed all the others. We had our home in Avalon Park sold and under contract within 48 hours of listing. Her understanding of the market and ability to showcase a home, made the difference. Above all, she made the experience stress free and enjoyable.

Crystal sold my home and helped me to purchase my present home. She has a good grasp of the housing market and was always available to answer any questions I had and at any time of the day. I recommend her highly. A. Zanco

We worked with Crystal on selling our house twice and purchasing twice. She always kept us informed and seemed to work 24 hours a day. Most everything was completed online so no need to make appointments to go in and sign multiple documents. Makes the process easier and iced when we are relaxed and can read the paperwork on our own time and sign. Crystal is very flexible and accommodating with showings. We would work with crystal every time! Highly recommend.

Crystal sold 2 homes for my family and did an amazing job! I did not have to worry about a thing. Her expertise, knowledge and advise she provided was exceptional. She truly cares for her clients and went above and beyond for us. With her skills and her network of trustworthy partners we were able to maximize our home value. She is so great at what she does, her customers always come first and I knew she always had our best interest. I could not have asked for a better experience, she is more than a realtor she was our trusted advisor and we wish we could have used her for our next home but we moved out of state!

To be honest if it were not for Crystal's dedication and tenacity my house would probably still be on the market . We were very fortunate to find Crystal . We needed to do a short sale and with her help and the excellent staff she has plus her other affiliations the house was sold to every ones satisfaction . It was made somewhat more difficult because the buyer was going FHA and the inspector was being very particular ,but again with Crystal and her staff all obstacles were over come. thanks again Crystal

We needed to sell our town home in Avalon Park quickly due to a job transfer out of state. With Crystal's help, we staged, listed and sold our home in record time. Our buyer put in an offer for the full listing value the day after it was listed. She made the entire process (including conducting the closing from out of state) easy and as low-stress as we could've hoped. She's a consummate professional, and highly recommended.

Crystal was tremendously helpful and professional throughout the entire process of selling our Stoneybrook home late last summer. She understands the local market, is extremely responsive and provides very timely, accurate advice. We first met Crystal a few years before the sale and kept in touch periodically. Hiring her to sell our home was the right thing to do. I would highly recommend her to anybody looking for an excellent realtor!

Crystal is the best Agent in Orlando. She always goes above and beyond without being asked to do so. We were remodeling a house that wasn't fully ready to sell. We also wanted to buy our next house before the other sold. Crystal did so much helping us transition between the two houses. Helping us with resources and expertise to finish the remodel to get it sold was a huge help. She was able to come in and help us understand what should and should not be done to maximize our dollar for the sell. While she was doing this she was also helping us find a new home as well. We were only one of her many customers but she never failed to act like we were her only focus. We did not make her job easy by any stretch. If you want a amazing friend and realtor you have no other choice. She is proven and locked in to help you make the home buy experience the best it can be!
