Most everything was completed online so no need to make appointments to go in and sign multiple documents. To be honest if it were not for Crystal's dedication and tenacity my house would probably still be on the market . We were very fortunate to find Crystal . We needed to do a short sale and with her help and the excellent staff she has plus her other affiliations the house was sold to every ones satisfaction . Crystal is the best Agent in Orlando. She always goes above and beyond without being asked to do so. We were remodeling a house that wasn't fully ready to sell. We also wanted to buy our next house before the other sold. Crystal did so much helping us transition between the two houses. Helping us with resources and expertise to finish the remodel to get it sold was a huge help. Crystal was great! She listened to our criteria and showed us exactly what we wanted. The area we were looking in had high demand and limited inventory and she got us in to see homes very quickly (within an hour of calling in some cases). Once we found the right house, Crystal took care of the rest. We went with all of her recommendations for financing, inspections, and closing.
