Crystal made selling my primary residence a great experience. Her comparative analysis, preparation guidance, and listing presentation were second to none! Crystal brings great professionalism, and is very personable in dealing with buyers and sellers. Our sale presented some unforseen obstacles, Crystal handled them diligently and kept great communication throughout the process. I would highly recommend Crystal for selling or buying your future home.

Crystal Adams, and her team, demonstrated a level of commitment and expertise that far exceeded my expectations. Their knowledge, experience and dedication was the key to closing on an exceptionally dificult short sale. Crystal utilized tough as nails negotiation skills, while still maintaining fairness for all parties involved. I would recommend them to anybody in need of real estate assistance. Thank you so much Crystal Adams!!!

Crystal exhibits the highest level of professionalism and delivers unmatched expertise in real estate. Having purchased several homes in the past, Crystal outperformed all the others. We had our home in Avalon Park sold and under contract within 48 hours of listing. Her understanding of the market and ability to showcase a home, made the difference. Above all, she made the experience stress free and enjoyable.

We worked with Crystal on selling our house twice and purchasing twice. She always kept us informed and seemed to work 24 hours a day. Most everything was completed online so no need to make appointments to go in and sign multiple documents. Makes the process easier and iced when we are relaxed and can read the paperwork on our own time and sign. Crystal is very flexible and accommodating with showings. We would work with crystal every time! Highly recommend.

Crystal sold 2 homes for my family and did an amazing job! I did not have to worry about a thing. Her expertise, knowledge and advise she provided was exceptional. She truly cares for her clients and went above and beyond for us. With her skills and her network of trustworthy partners we were able to maximize our home value. She is so great at what she does, her customers always come first and I knew she always had our best interest. I could not have asked for a better experience, she is more than a realtor she was our trusted advisor and we wish we could have used her for our next home but we moved out of state!

To be honest if it were not for Crystal's dedication and tenacity my house would probably still be on the market . We were very fortunate to find Crystal . We needed to do a short sale and with her help and the excellent staff she has plus her other affiliations the house was sold to every ones satisfaction . It was made somewhat more difficult because the buyer was going FHA and the inspector was being very particular ,but again with Crystal and her staff all obstacles were over come. thanks again Crystal

Crystal has been an amazing asset to me during the entire process from deciding to buy a home, to the area, to how much is a fair offer. She has been with me to challenge the appraisal and fought every step for me to get the very best deal on my dream home that I possibly can. In short, Crystal Adams is a top notch agent who I would happily recommend and use again if the need ever arose.

Crystal is the best Agent in Orlando. She always goes above and beyond without being asked to do so. We were remodeling a house that wasn't fully ready to sell. We also wanted to buy our next house before the other sold. Crystal did so much helping us transition between the two houses. Helping us with resources and expertise to finish the remodel to get it sold was a huge help. She was able to come in and help us understand what should and should not be done to maximize our dollar for the sell. While she was doing this she was also helping us find a new home as well. We were only one of her many customers but she never failed to act like we were her only focus. We did not make her job easy by any stretch. If you want a amazing friend and realtor you have no other choice. She is proven and locked in to help you make the home buy experience the best it can be!

Our family had outgrown our home and we had the desire to build new. Crystal masterfully managed the sale of our existing home! Her knowledge about the local markets is simply amazing and she helped us navigate the neighborhood comps setting the price to get top dollar. Her staging advice and marketing of our home was right on point. Crystal’s relentless networking resulted in multiple offers and a contract in under 3 days at list price! Closing went seamlessly with her at the helm! She then turned around and helped us with the build of our dream home! She was our constant advocate throughout the build and made sure we were getting all of our questions answered and concerns addressed. She was constantly on top of the details – asking questions we didn’t even know to ask to make sure that everything was exactly what we expected with our beautiful new home! Crystal is fiercely loyal to her clients, a master in her trade with superior communication skills. She is extremely trustworthy and professional and we highly recommend her for all buying and selling needs!
