This was actually the second time I’ve worked with Crystal—she was the agent I bought this house from years ago and she made that process so seamless that I wanted to go through her again to sell. And on top of that, I will be going through her again to buy my next house too! Crystal has been in this business for a long time and that level of experience and knowledge is so important in the home buying/selling process. The selling process was so hands-off for me—I was able to just sit back and relax while everything was pretty much taken care of for me. And selling can be stressful so that peace of mind was incredibly nice to have. And when it’s time to buy, she’s not here to just sell you any old home you come across—she will make sure you understand every risk and factor you might be taking on with every single property. She really helps you consider every aspect and angle of the home. Highly recommend!

We knew she was the one for us
We attempted a buy a couple of years ago , wrong time , wrong market -but we knew Millie could help us out. We came back to her because of past experience , although minimal we felt super comfortable with her and her approaches. She held our hand and guided us to complete our buy, hands on approach with real estate attorney, HOA - Point of contact and all their documents . No regrets what so ever . We WILL do it again

Excellent Agent and kept us up to date on everything!
Crystal was excellent throughout the home selling process. She had a great photographer take wonderful pictures of our home along with 3D and videos. She worked flawlessly with the appraiser by providing them with a detailed home analysis to aid them in placing a proper value to the home due to our home unique characteristics and local area charm. We could not have asked for better representation. Her market knowledge win Avalon Park is second to none.
