We highly recommend Patricia as realtor as we had a great experience with Patricia. Both Patricia and her partner Chris have done all we could ask for and more (finding the right community for us and dealing with builder until the end). Some highlights. They are extremely responsive so you never have to wait days (not even hours) and do give you a honest opinion if asked. They also are very knowledgeable about the areas where we looked (Polk County and surrounding counties from Tampa to Orlando) and will give you the pro's and cons for each. We are very excited as we just closed on our 2 vacant lots in Florida thanks to Patricia’s expertise and help.
