Patricia is an excellent real estate agent! We were living in IL and searching for a home in FL. She emailed new listings to us everyday and any time we wanted to see a home she scheduled a video tour within the day or the next day at the latest. Patricia is more aggressive than many real estate professionals and put in the extra effort to get the property sold for the best price. My primary residence is in another state. We highly recommend Patricia as realtor as we had a great experience with Patricia. Both Patricia and her partner Chris have done all we could ask for and more (finding the right community for us and dealing with builder until the end). Some highlights. They are extremely responsive so you never have to wait days (not even hours) and do give you a honest opinion if asked. They also are very knowledgeable about the areas where we looked (Polk County and surrounding counties from Tampa to Orlando) and will give you the pro's and cons for each. Overall a great experience and we would certainly work with them next time.
