They even assisted me AFTER my closing by being in my house waiting on utility workers while I was at another location working with my movers. I have also received phone calls and texts since closing to just ask me if all is well and is there anything else I need. Exceptional!! Patricia and Chris truly go above and beyond to work for you when selling your house. The communication was amazing and their response to our questions and comments was always very knowledgeable and prompt. They are very personable and professional and we never had a concern that they weren't doing their absolute best to sell our home for us! Our house sold quickly and we were out of state at the time, but again, they made the whole experience effortless, all the way through closing. We would absolutely use them again and highly recommend them when you choose to buy or sell! 5 stars!!!

Patricia met with us back in November of 2021. She was helping us look for an existing mobile home or other possibility, even though we made it very clear that we were not by any means ready to make a decision. She did whatever she could and answered any of our questions, without hesitation. Her job keeps her so busy, but she never let on that she didn't have time to help us. She has been helping us, even though we live 1000 miles away. During a phone call shortly before we came to Florida for our vacation, she told us about a property that was going to become available, in the event that we might be interested. Long story short, we purchased the property, sight unseen, except for the wonderful pictures and videos she sent us. During our vacation, we closed on the property, and the process was so seamless. Patricia makes us feel like we are great friends, while still doing her job as a professional. When we purchase a home for the property, we know she will accept our invitation to stop by and see us. She is a total sweetheart!

Oh my gosh where do I even start! Our experience blew us out of the park. We are so pleased with this company and our realtor. Our realtor Patricia and her partner Chris were the absolute best to my husband and I. Truly went out of their way and bent their backs to help us get our home. They were so quick with responses and were very on the ball with everything. They truly go above and beyond for their clients. Did extensive research on every possible option for us. From re sale to build to new construction they talked us through everything we needed to know and helped us find our best option. They really worked very hard and we are extremely pleased. Buying a house can be so stressful and overwhelming but Patricia and Chris took all the stress and hassle away. Very honest.
