Oh my gosh where do I even start! Our experience blew us out of the park. We are so pleased with this company and our realtor. Our realtor Patricia and her partner Chris were the absolute best to my husband and I. Truly went out of their way and bent their backs to help us get our home. They were so quick with responses and were very on the ball with everything. They truly go above and beyond for their clients. Did extensive research on every possible option for us. From re sale to build to new construction they talked us through everything we needed to know and helped us find our best option. They really worked very hard and we are extremely pleased. Buying a house can be so stressful and overwhelming but Patricia and Chris took all the stress and hassle away. Very honest. My connection with Chris was kismet! I needed to find just the right ADA accessible home and Chris helped me find it in record time. He was very accommodating and had patience with us as we explored each listing, even suggesting ways to solve any accessibility issues we encountered. He is extremely honest and forthright, living his outstanding values throughout the process. He helped me find the right mortgage lender who worked with me personally to assure I got approved quickly. He also connected me with a contractor for the new place who can handle everything I need.
