A very full functional brokerage service

Shaun's team did a good job of getting the house prepared to sale and taking care of repairs after inspection. They walked us through the whole process of the sale and provided excellent advice on how to best proceed with the sale. We choose the full service sale letting Shaun's team staged the house and presented a complete online market strategy for the house. Very aggressively set up open house sessions for the house and moved the house at a good price very quickly

This Realtor gets the job done!

After a sudden change in life I was faced with due to health issues I was in need of a professional to sell my house as quickly as possible. I didn't want those "quick cash for house" people who offer pennies on the dollar either. I did some research and picked Shaun Ashley based on his track record. Shaun was very responsive and responded immediately. He even has a vast network of contacts who can make any kind of repairs that may be needed and not charge an arm and a leg. Shaun has assistants on his team who are always available to help as well. They visited my house daily to give me peace of mind after I moved out. My house was super cleaned, polished and staged by Shaun's team and it looked amazing! I had offers quickly and my house sold within a couple of weeks. Shaun was transparent and kept me updated throughout the entire process. I'm glad that I chose Shaun for this sale.
