Mark was very professional. He gave us information about recent comps in the neighborhood and explained our choices based on our desire to sell quickly. When we received an offer he explained the procedures and was able to find all the necessary information to sell. It was a tricky situation since we were selling it but actually did not know a lot about the place as it belonged to my father who passed away.

Very helpful and knowledgeable
Nine years ago Mark helped me find a wonderful house to buy. This year he helped me sell it as well. Mark went above and beyond in helping determine what we should update to get a good price. He used his time and contacts to help get the updates done, as we are currently out of the state. A word of warning, when you work with Mark, you also make a new friend.
