From the initial call to Shaun that we were ready to sell our home, he came over and walked us through the process and thoroughly explained what to expect and what he and his team would do for us. Amy immediately reached out and helped us with staging and Joe was great with the paperwork side. Shaun and his team were patient when we had to put the brakes on for a couple weeks while we dealt with a family loss and their teams sympathy was so appreciated. The Open Houses and showings went smoothly and the communication for showings was so easy and efficient!
