Craig Diez has been a life saver! He is a source of sanity in the craziness of buying and/or selling a home in any market. I first met Craig in 2009 when I was attempting to sell a home and purchase another. He was the seller’s agent for my soon-to-be new home and made it such an easy transition…he even gave advice on how to sell my current home since my agents were not being as successful with showing it as I would have liked. His 33+ years of expertise in his field show through in so many ways! I called him again when my daughter wanted to buy her first home- he spent so much time finding the perfect home for her and walking her through every step. He has amazing contacts both during and after the sale…he is always available to connect you to a plumber, roofer, whatever, even long after the deal is done! Recently both my daughter and myself used him to sell our houses and to find us a new multi-family home…he was amazing!
