I originally met Carol when I went to an open house. We sat on the porch steps and chatted about "house buying". I was a fist-time buyer and had so much to understand and learn. She was so detailed and walked me through the entire "what will happen" process. I thought that is the person I want to go on this journey with, someone with no investment from me, and still took the time for me to understand. Once we began our search together, her expertise continued to be of value. She was a great advocate for me with the seller, lender and inspectors etc. Her communication was always clear, timely and accurate. So happy I went to that open and found Carol. I can say enough and would do it all again with her.

Carol is an absolute pleasure to work with. She went above and beyond when working with me and my schedule. I had to coordinate with her while I was relocating from another town and would on several occasions arrive without notice. She was always quick to respond to my questions and inquiries and was able to get good and timely information from the other agents. She had great insight and advise every step of the way.
