Mi was so easy and great to work with. We were in a unique situation in that we are remote (Bay Area) and purchasing a second home in the Reno/Sparks area for mixed use- investment and personal. Attention to detail- Mi is someone who will advocate for a fair deal for you even if it means more work for her. She pays attention to the nuance of the contract, and the best person to work with especially during COVID and remotely. During negotiation, I felt at ease that Mi was taking care of the details. 4.) Responsiveness- With busy realtors, it is easy to be set aside. Mi is responsive, and I felt prioritized 24/7.
