Caitlyn was super responsive and helpful with my house search. She was really flexible with her schedule and was there for me whenever I needed advise or consultation. I am new to the city and her expertise in local knowledge was imperative to my search, she provided exceptional wisdom to a region I am not familiar with. She lessened to my concerns and came up with comprehensive solutions. She was with me every step of the buying process and never made me feel pressured or rushed. Her no pressure approach was very refreshing and she made me feel like my happiness was number one priority. Effective, experienced, warm, quick to act, and FUN — Nikki helped me buy my first home at the PEAK of the market when people were putting in all cash offers, paying 30% over asking. I was clueless and stressed but Nikki helped navigate every step of the biggest purchase of my life while making it as enjoyable as it could have been (through all the ups and downs, I learned so much from her). She is incredibly astute and diplomatic, helping me achieve the best possible deal for not just a home but the biggest investment I have in my portfolio (and uh best performing nowadays). My loan officer recommended her (the best endorsement to have when it comes to closing) and while I shopped around realtors (highly-reviewed ones from the internet and from word of mouth alike) Nikki was the best. I hope to hire her again for my next purchase and when I sell!
