EXCELLENT SERVICE

Great buying experience

We were very happy to have Lori serve as a buyer's agent for us for our recent home purchase. We'd worked with Lori twice before (the first time she was the seller's agent) and every time it was a smooth, easy process. It took us a long time to find the right house for us, and Lori was great as she patiently helped us view more houses that we care to remember, and in a really wide variety of different locations. All along she was helpful, honest, and so pleasant to work with. We highly recommend her (and have asked her to be our agent in selling our old house).

Dave Hymes was ideal in representing my wife...

Dave Hymes was ideal in representing my wife and I during the purchases of two different homes in Placerville. Dave's "kickback" nature allowed for my wife and I to shop and access homes while we could always get a quick response to almost any question. He was very available, knowledgeable, and fully aware of whose client he was representing.

After dealing with a terrible real estate agent...

After dealing with a terrible real estate agent in selling our home in Michigan, Dave Hymes was a real treat. Knowledgable, respectful, honest, extremely helpful, and very accommodating. We were purchasing a home in California but living in Michigan and had to do much of the contractual work from there. He was able to keep everything running smoothly and on time even though we weren't in the area. Dave also has a great sense of humor and was able to keep a potentially stressful situation light and sometimes fun when needed. He is low key and doesn't push or rush. Very steady and stable. Like I said, a welcome breath of fresh air!! We highly recommend him, you won't find a better agent.
