Krystealle did an outstanding job helping us prepare to sell our rental home. Although we decided to keep it she was incredibly helpful and joyful to work with and we plan to work with her on any other transactions we will do in the future. Her knowledge and kindness was incredibly comforting while we were making decisions about our property.

Stacey is clearly the best in her market. She priced our home right, sold our home at list price, and she procured the buyers of our property. She was friendly, explained options well and she closed the deal!

Stacey did an outstanding job helping us with the sale of our home in Arnold. We interviewed with a few local agents, and decided on Stacey because she checked all of the boxes. She offered marketing to a wide audience including Bay Area Buyers, which was crucial in our decision, she was very professional, timely and she communicated the process very clearly. In less than 60 days our property was listed and closed escrow. As it turned out, it was Stacey's buyer that purchased our property. We very highly recommend Stacey!!

Thank you for the opportunity to write a brief comment on our experience with Neriah. My wife and I purchased two investment properties last month and Neriah was our agent during this process. Purchasing one property would be a trying process, however, two proved challenging at best. Neriah kept us on track with multiple reminders and encouragement. She was extremely helpful and her efforts were appreciated. She will be our agent for all our real estate needs moving forward. A big thank you and we wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone who needs an agent in the area.

Neriah was very attentive to our needs and questions. We ended up buying 2 houses with her. She was very organized and efficient and both houses closed on time. That was a lot of work and wouldn’t have happened if Neriah wasn’t on top of everything. Thank you Neriah!

I was introduced to Stacey Silva through a professional referral. I needed a full-service realtor, someone who could arrange for clean-out and minor work on a property that had not been lived in regularly for a couple of years. Stacey has excellent resources: all worked quickly, efficiently, and were reasonably priced. And…I need to mention that the property photos and marketing were outstanding and reached the right/broader audience that brought the offers. Stacey provided regular updates about property showings, giving frank and honest feedback that was helpful to understand any potential buyer concerns. During escrow, Stacey lobbied for the seller’s interest in removing contingencies and reducing repair requests. Stacey worked very efficiently with the local title company, making they closing of escrow from another state a smooth transaction. I highly recommend Stacey Silva.
