From the start, Robin set herself apart by being transparent, flexible, and client-first. While most agents focused on their own commission and avoided mentioning ways to save costs, Robin was completely forthcoming about potential savings—covering staging, inspections, and even offering a fair agent fee structure without being prompted. Other agents—some even close friends—were surprisingly rigid and opaque. Although the timeline stretched a bit longer than hoped, the final sale price exceeded expectations, making the outcome well worth it.
