Shannon helped us both in buying our new home but also in selling our old. Our situation was unique, in that we weren’t actively in the market to purchase a new home until a home we have always loved hit the market and we jumped at the opportunity. We already knew we wanted to work with Shannon when it came to buying or selling again and she also happened to be the listing agent. She was incredibly responsive and supportive during the entire process. She was transparent about the sellers and what they wanted but also really represented us well as a potential buyer. It was a completely different, and more positive, buying experience than when we had purchased our first home and we really felt that Shannon was there to support us and act as the liaison between us in the sellers. Shannon was able to meet with right away, take a logical approach with vast market knowledge to arrive at a price point that would sell the house in a timely manner on not drag on for months. We were able to sell in 13 days. When it came to finding a replacement home, she listened to what our needs were and never tried to show us anything that wasn't worthwhile just to make a sale. With not a lot of inventory on the market at the time we were looking, she even worked with us when we were able to locate a house was not on market. She kept her pulse on the transaction and made sure everything went smoothly for us. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking to move to the area or re-locate within the area.

We have several friends in Hidden Valley Lake and decided to move here. Shannon was recommended to us by 2 of them who had just recently moved within HVL.
