My mother had passed away and I needed to sell her house in Hobe Sound. Since I had never lived in the house I was clueless as to it's condition and where everything was. I hired Richard as he had done a great job on selling my son's house a couple of years earlier. Richard was an enormous help in fixing up the house. Since I didn't even live in Hobe Sound I had no clue who to hire for the various jobs. Richard either contacted the vendors for me or referred me to them. He kept in touch regularly and got me a very good price on the house considering its poor condition. Both of my parents had passed away in their 90's and had neglected maintenance for many years. I rarely write reviews but if you are reading this I am telling you to look no further. Richard is not just experienced and good at his job. He is a straight shooter and really excellent at his job.

Richard was an excellent asset in selling our home. We originally tried selling it ourselves for 5 months and had no luck. Richard was very straightforward and had done his homework before meeting with us. He was personable, extremely responsive to every question we had, and had an offer on our house within a week. Not only that, it was above asking price. I would heavily recommend Richard for your home sale, purchasing one or any other real estate needs. He even had a contact to help us do some repairs prior to the sale. Great guy and worth the call.
