Michelle is awesome! She helped my husband and I buy our first home. She was always available to help us throughout the whole process and made us feel comfortable with every decision made. She was always honest and never sugar coated anything and always kept our concerns in mind. Her upbeat personality eased the whole process and we couldn’t be any happier. So glad we found Michelle!

I have known Michelle Perez for a number of years. She is always very professional and honest. If she didn't have an answer to a question, she would find out as soon as possible and get back to us. Our home sold very quick and we are very happy with the service that we received from Michelle. She is very knowledgeable about the Solano county area, as she lives there. Just want to say, Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! We are in our new home in Idaho and loving it!

We are immensely appreciative of everything Michelle did for us. A little background, our family moved from Minnesota to California and we were only able to spend about two days looking at homes with Michelle, which meant she did most of the home searching for us via video tours and pictures ensuring she checked out the home first. We actually began working with Michelle based on a referral from our agent in Minnesota, and we couldn't be happier with our decision to work with her. She was on call, immediately responding to texts, emails, and phone calls to ensure she was providing us with the best options for our family. The process was extremely overwhelming and stressful, but Michelle's kindness, knowledge, and responsiveness definitely eased our minds in securing the best home for our family. We will continue to work with Michelle if and when the time comes for us to search for a new home, and we are definitely sharing her name with friends and family who need help finding there new home.

As a first time homebuyer Michelle was a dream come true! Very patient, helpful and prompt during the whole 6month process. She was always ready to go view houses even the same day they were listed and very informative of the areas. She always seemed to have our best interest and was even close with our lender to make the process even better. Thank you Michelle for your dedicated efforts on making our dream come true!

We highly recommend our Realtor of 10 years, Michelle Perez. Michelle has assisted us with multiple residential transactions with efficiency and great expertise. With each selling and buying process, Michelle gave us 125% of her guidance, knowledge, and always looking out for our best interest. Michelle sold 3 of our properties (varied times) within 24 hours after it was listed on the MLS. Both Michelle and her husband, John are a joy to work with. They both Listen and Respond! That is the utmost important factors in my opinion of a great Realtor. If you are looking to buy or sell, give Michelle a call and interview her. You truly have nothing to lose, except gaining a wonderful Realtor!

I sold my house at 48 El Basset Court, Fairfield, California because I was dissatisfied with my homeowners association and after the housing crash, and a long tough housing drought, the market was now rebounding. Michelle Perez was my realtor back in 2008 and helped me purchase this house. She was an excellent realtor back then and made the process of me buying a house very smooth, clear, concise, and simple. She kept me in the loop on everything, gave me professional suggestions, and was readily available to me. So when I thought about selling my house I thought of Michelle Perez, someone whom with I had already established an excellent business relationship. Jokingly I referred to Michelle Perez as a “pit-bull” because she will tenaciously fight for you in either obtaining or selling a property. I have purchased a house 4-times over the decades in different states; Colorado, Washington State, and California, and in my experience Michelle Perez is tops in the real estate field, and she is also very personable and approachable, a pleasant person with whom to do business. She knows the real estate industry like very few other real estate agents that I have dealt with. Michelle Perez is an activist for those seeking to buy or sell property, she cares about homeowners and those who want to become homeowners. Michelle Perez was my realtor back in 2008 and helped me purchase a house and she was also my realtor in 2017 when I sold my house, and I have nothing but positive things to say about her and the experience that I had with her on both occasions.
