Michelle is someone you'll want on your team, not to mention her partner in life and business John who was critical in the home searching stage with his eye for home features/potential problems!Michelle was patient with us, knowledgeable, a problem solver, and gracefully worked with our sellers agent which I would have found difficult if I were in her shoes.We WERE (thanks Michelle!) first time home buyers and inquisitive ones at that meaning we had A LOT of questions as we read each line of documentation. Michelle not only helped us answer them but helped us get answers from the seller as often as possible which was not easy. In addition there were multiple occasions where a problem came up which I would not say is "her job" but she solved them for us. Everything from getting estimates from contractors to helping ensure the home was secured, I always felt Michelle was going above and beyond to help us succeed. Finally I would say she was always willing to make herself available to us, even when she spontaneously needed to manage 3 grandchildren, she brought them along to whatever we needed.
