Cindy and her team are extremely professional and responsive. We had an excellent experience. We had an offer in 21 hours and a closing in 21 days, so everything was pretty crazy. Cindy was always available to answer our questions, help us find movers and house cleaners, and reassure us. I would happily recommend to anyone.

We had a great experience with Rachel Perkins in selling our son’s home in Oakdale! She worked hard and was able to help him sell his home for full price and buy a new build. She Stayed on schedule and communicated extremely well. Rachel held multiple open houses and did all she could to market the house and show it in the best light! We could certainly tell Rachel lives what She does! She is friendly, caring, and fun to work with! She also helped run comps and sent properties to us and gave advice when we were selling our home out of area in Southern California. When she’s your agent, she’ll be with you to make sure everything goes smoothly; outstanding in staying in close communication to be certain docs are signed, your questions are answered, and even being there during the home inspection. She goes above and beyond. She really cares about her clients, and it’s evident by the way she not only negotiates so you will get the best deal on your home, but you know she’s in your corner and will be there doing everything possible to make this “house hunting “ journey a great and rewarding experience!
