Rachel was outstanding and went way above and beyond in the sale as I had a major issue however, she never wavered and accomplished so much! Give her a challenge and she conquer it! We had a great experience with Rachel Perkins in selling our son’s home in Oakdale! She worked hard and was able to help him sell his home for full price and buy a new build. She Stayed on schedule and communicated extremely well. Rachel held multiple open houses and did all she could to market the house and show it in the best light! We could certainly tell Rachel lives what She does! She is friendly, caring, and fun to work with! She also helped run comps and sent properties to us and gave advice when we were selling our home out of area in Southern California. Rachel was amazing and never gave my husband or I the run around. We had constant communication and she held our hands the whole way. This is the our first home and our first VA purchase.
