Jennifer helped us when me and my husband were purchasing our first home. When I walked in to the open house, she was there and was very inviting and very sweet. I felt a connection right away. While we were in the process for buying it, she always had the right things to say to help us understand everything, and when times got stressful she was so awesome to calm our nerves. Janet helped us buy our new home and sell our previous! Both were difficult and frustrating transactions, but Janet was a tremendous help and took on as much as she could to close on both homes. She went above and beyond, and even in a difficult market, never gave up! She had wonderful contacts to get beautiful pictures taken of the home we sold, put care and thought into the listings and was knowledgeable, friendly (but firm) to all our potential buyers and their agents. When we had problems with flakey buyers and lazy agents she stepped up to keep things on time and make sure our home was treated with care and respect. In a tough market, and in a neighborhood full of competition, she helped us sell and purchase our dream home. It was a rough few months but she was a trooper and stuck with us to make it all work out in the end. She also kept tough when we were stressed and burnt out to help us push through to the finish line. Any buyers and/or sellers would be lucky to have her represent them! Janet and her team managed to make, what felt like, the impossible...possible!
