Jaclyn was on top of everything the whole time, from showing us over a dozen houses within days, to making sure everything was one schedule with the seller and escrow. She made herself available anytime we had questions or concerns about anything and everything. She was full of useful information which was extremely helpful as this was our first time buy a home and had no idea what we were doing. Jenn also referred us to a knowledgeable and efficient lender for the specific type of lending that would best suit us. Jenn was protective of our purchase to make sure we got good value for our purchase, had the proper inspections, warranty and an overall pleasant experience in dealing with the buying process.
