Great listener with excellent follow up
Kim is great at understanding what a buyer wants and provides options in line with buyer preferences. Kim attends quickly to outstanding issues, is great at finding information that answers all your questions, and follows up on each and every aspect of buying a home. Kim has established a solid network of reliable resources to execute and close transactions. Kim is also fun to work with!

Excellent!!! Sold Fast!
She placed our home for sale at 8:00 AM. Was coming back to put the for sale sign up and to take more pictures. Someone was walking by and asked if she could see the house. Within 5 hours our house was getting a contract on it.
