Kim Hagan was referred to me by a friend. I also had contact with her as she found a home for another friend to purchase. They both spoke highly of her, so I gave her a call. From day one, Kim was professional and highly knowledgeable of her profession. I was very comfortable and trusted her immediately. The first week of my house being on the market, it was being shown constantly. I was outta my house more than I was in it. Once the showings starting slowing down, she did some creative advertising, and once again, I was out more than I was in my home. My home was sold in 22 days.... at full asking price. Once the agreement was made, she was still there. Walking and talking me thru the entire process. Closing was scheduled within days, and it was QUICK!! Constantly communicating with me and letting me know how the process was going to go. She ALWAYS answered my calls/text, and calmed my anxiety when needed. 😊 After closing, and the deal was done, I still received a call explaining everything I needed to know and, THANKING ME???? I owe HER a thank you, I just sat back and let her do her thing. Kim Hagan is your person to call for any real estate business.
