Joy was very familiar with our builder “Mike Hickman” and the quality homes he builds. She did a thorough search for comps to ensure we were able to get as much value as possible out of our home while not being over priced. Joys seems to have good knowledge of the market trends and was very informative and helped us make solid decisions when negotiating our contract. She was always very responsive when we had questions and very pleasant to work with. We sold our house during COVID and Joy was very respectful of us and our house and followed the guidelines and recommendations at the time. This made it a lot more challenging to sell our house, however Joy found creative ways to reach potential buyers and really put in a lot of effort on our behalf! Thanks Joy!!!

We are British owners of a house in Lakeland Florida which we have enjoyed visiting for 30 years. Due to lockdown with the pandemic we were unable to travel over to sell the property. We contacted Andrea and were immediately put at ease with her warm personality and professionalism in the process of selling . She visited the property and from there on continued to consult us with everything we needed to do ,which took away any anxieties we had in selling from another country. The outcome was immediate with the house and contents selling within 24 hours and everything completed within 3 weeks ..(Amazing!) Craig is literally the best real estate agent one can have the luxury of meeting. This gentleman is humble and sincerely cares about the needs of his clients. My daughter and I flew in from New York with the mission of finding a wonderful house for me. Craig took us around and while we went back and forth he was nothing but patient. He didn’t push us to close a deal, he didn’t pressure us on making a decision which would benefit him instead he gave us the pros and cons of each place. We made a decision and our journey began. I was able to do everything including my closing from New York as Craig did all the running around, including numerous phone calls, on my behalf. Andrea is a miracle worker. My wife and I owned a home in the Beacon Rd & Lincoln Rd area of Lakeland that had been rented out for 6 years (since we moved to North Texas in July 2012), and after our tenants moved out, the place was a mess. We enlisted Andrea as our agent (we had kept in touch with her through the years, and she was always quick to give us her professional opinion regarding the So. Lklnd real estate market & our home's real value). She was proactive in getting our house cleaned up (both inside and out), and assessing needed repairs and maintenance issues, while always keeping us updated with honest feedback from potential buyers. Most importantly, she never grew desperate, and kept our hopes up. We ended up with a very fair offer (thanks to Andrea's diligence and patience), and closed last week. My wife Deanna and I can not say enough about Andrea's work ethic and knowledge of the local real estate market, nor can we recommend Andrea any more highly.
