Kenny Silverman is not only an amazing realtor, but he has the patience of a saint and a heart of gold. Two years ago, while in the midst of a pandemic, Kenny stepped in when my original realtor was not cutting it, and was not only able to sell my condo of ten years (one with no modern upgrades or real selling points) for above asking, but he found my husband and I an apartment at an affordable rate in the heart of Wilton Manors. Fast forward two years, when we were ready to jump back in the home ownership game, there was no doubt who we'd go with. Little did we know, however, we were entering one of the hardest markets for buyers in over twenty years. We started the first week of April and up until we closed yesterday on our dream home in the heart of Wilton Manors, Kenny took us to over 30 properties (on average he took us on viewings three nights a week), facilitated over ten offers, comforted us when we were passed up over and over and had a contract fall through, and never once had anything to share that wasn't positive- it was always "were in this together," "the right place will come," and my favorite Kenny-ism "I'm on it!" I honestly can't fathom that he had other clients during these ten weeks because that's how invested and available he was to us at the drop of the hat. When we finally found the dream house- fair price, modern amenities, and the perfect location- all Kenny had to see was the glimmer in my eye and he had an offer in within minutes, submitted the necessary addendums within hours, and had us under contract and closed in an astounding 18 days! When it was time for me to sell the condo I had purchased in late 2015, I knew I would trust the sale to Kenny since my experience with him on the purchasing end was so positive. For our first discussion about a potential sale, Kenny came prepared with all the comps and useful suggestions on what to do to prepare my place for sale. He was able to tap into his extensive network to provide recommendations for a painter and title company. Kenny kept me informed on every step along the way and appropriately checked in to determine my progress on decluttering. What I especially appreciated was Kenny checking in to see how I was doing, since he understands that selling a home can be an emotional experience. Since I was only at my place on a part-time basis, Kenny was my “eyes and ears” when I wasn’t around and he willingly jumped in to provide local assistance when needed. When I decided to sell my home I asked Kenny. I’ve known several of his clients and he came highly recommended. Kenny first came to my house and walked around and noticed a few small repairs that needed to be done. He also sat down with me and told me all about the selling process and what to expect. When we were ready to he came out with a photographer and took beautiful pictures. The house was sold in 18 days much sooner than I was expecting. He got the price I was hoping for as well. He also helped us get a rental to move into after the sell. I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Kenny.
