Our uncle passed away in December 2022, and my husband (who owns a real estate company in another state) was designated to serve as his personal representative. Ron Falk was recommended to us, and we hit the jackpot! Ron was knowledgeable, great communicator, honest, and hardworking. We had made arrangements for most of the contents to be removed; however, we still had a couple pieces left. He made arrangements to have these removed and to have someone clean the house. He checked on the property regularly since we lived out of state. The house sold quickly, and we were pleased with the price. All in all, Ron is definitely a great realtor as well as a wonderful person.
