Krisztina was recommended to me by two neighbors who also sold their homes through her and couldn't say enough good things about her. She was on top of everything from the start. She would answer phone calls immediately, provide answers to any questions I had in detail and kept things moving along smoothly, coordinating with all individuals involved with the sale of my home. I was very pleased with her services and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

You can do no better than to engage Andrea for your RE deal! Andrea worked tirelessly to research, design a marketing strategy, get the property ready for sale and most importantly: actually sell the house by showing it consistently. Once we had an interested buyer she stayed close to the deal to ensure both parties saw it through. Part psychologist and part Realtor (just kidding...) Andrea brings her years of experience to bear on the human side of buying/selling real estate. I highly recommend her and will be sure to use her again for my next South Florida property transaction. Thanks Andrea!

It was a pleasure working with Krisztina. She went above and beyond my expectations and had my house under contract within a few weeks of listing. I would give her the highest recommendation.

We cannot say enough about Krisztina. We are about to close on selling our house and it has gone without the slightest hitch because of her. From three months prior to listing our house until today, she has been on top of every little detail and contacting us every step of the way. In these days of "every man for himself", it is refreshing to find someone who genuinely has her client's best interests at heart. Every email, phone call, text, issue and question was responded to immediately. We have never met a more trustworthy, dedicated, attentive and kind professional than Krisztina. We would not hesitate in the least to recommend her for selling, buying or renting.

Krisztina was recommended to us by our neighbor who recently sold his home. He said she was a real "go getter." He was right! We called Krisztina when we were ready to sell our home of 20 years. She was responsive, knowledgeable, detail oriented, followed through on everything and always kept us posted on how things were going. Furthermore, she was compassionate and went well above and beyond what was expected from a realtor. She provided resources for us on the location we were moving to and arranged a place for us to stay with our dog while our house was being inspected. I highly recommend Krisztina and have already given her name to two of my friends.

Janice has been our property manager since we acquired our rental unit in 2007. During that time she has managed our property to the best of her abilities. She has always been responsive to the tenant. She keeps me informed of all happenings at the property in a timely fashion. Lastly, she is instrumental in helping me with lease terms and determining the right time to possibly sell our rental unit.

Andrea was very professional, knowledgable and responsive. She was easy to work with as well as forthright and candid which we appreciated because it made the process of buying our property more efficient. We received very timely responses from her and she responded to our questions quickly and thoughtfully. We would not hesitate to work with Andrea again!
