Parks was hired to sell my Pompano Beach house and he sold it quickly. With me being out of the country there were extra challenges in getting it closed because I didn't want to risk international travel during the pandemic. Parks collected a great team of professionals who had to work to get documents sent to me, notarized in Serbia, sent back to America and then had to translated and certified. It seemed overwhelming but they handled everything with success.

Tomi was awesome. From the moment we met, I knew not only that we were going to get along, but he was going to find us the right house for us. Not only is he an excellent realtor, but he just knows his stuff, and even more than that, he's an incredible person. He was patient with my questions, my pickiness, and I felt like he really understood what my husband and I were looking for. When we did find the right house, he was right on top of everything we needed all the way through the process. Even now, two weeks after close, he's still answering my questions. I couldn't have asked for a better person to handle everything we needed. I highly recommend him.

Any real estate agent can find you a home, but it takes an expert to sell your home. Steve is to real estate as EVH is to guitar. He is an absolute master at his craft. Steve also has a way of making a very stressful situation a lot more pleasant. We are spoiled by Steve’s professionalism, knowledge of the game, and personality.

I sold three homes with Andrea, and have purchased three as well. I wouldn't DREAM of using anyone else. Her attention to detail, her professionalism, and her tenaciousness make her the perfect realtor. But the BEST part of working with Andrea is knowing that she really CARES. She wants the absolute best for her clients, and she works tirelessly to ensure they get it.

Steve spent many a weekend for the past year showing properties for my wife and I (not to mention found our apartment that we have been living in for a year and a half). We are first time home buyers and happy to say that Steve went above and beyond to make this thing happen for us! If you are looking for a realtor in the Broward area, please consider Steve.

Janice was property manager for my condo property for 7 years, and was always very responsive, handling all issues with tenants and HOA. When it came time to sell, she advised and managed upgrades to the property, quickly found a buyer, and assisted me throughout the closing process. I appreciate her professionalism and attentiveness

I have worked with Trent since returning to South Florida in 2013. When I wanted to rent, he found me the perfect place that could accommodate my elderly mother and my 2 dogs, and when I decided to buy, he was my first and only call. Trent found me exactly what I was looking for for a price I could afford, was always available when I had questions, and dealt with all the small annoyances that go along with home purchasing so that I didn’t have to. He’s the best, highly recommend.

I recommend the Kenny Silverman Group to anyone needing a trustworthy agent with strong market know-how. Kenny and his team were truly a blessing for me as a seller in South Florida. I've known Kenny for years and looked forward to an opportunity to work together on a real estate transaction. And to his credit, it was an excellent experience from start to finish! Kenny worked with my schedule and specific requests, and never make me feel nervous or pressured in any way. He and his team were patient, transparent, responsive, and above all, highly ethical. I felt no hesitation in seeking Kenny's counsel, and am grateful he was there for me every step of the way. I've bought and sold three houses, and this was by far the most comfortable real estate representation with which I've worked. Thanks, Kenny - I look forward to our next transaction!
