Kenny Silverman is a 5-star realtor that anyone in the Fort Lauderdale/Wilton Manors/Pompano Beach area should be using to purchase or sell property. When it was time for me to sell the condo I had purchased in late 2015, I knew I would trust the sale to Kenny since my experience with him on the purchasing end was so positive. For our first discussion about a potential sale, Kenny came prepared with all the comps and useful suggestions on what to do to prepare my place for sale. He was able to tap into his extensive network to provide recommendations for a painter and title company. Kenny kept me informed on every step along the way and appropriately checked in to determine my progress on decluttering. What I especially appreciated was Kenny checking in to see how I was doing, since he understands that selling a home can be an emotional experience. Since I was only at my place on a part-time basis, Kenny was my “eyes and ears” when I wasn’t around and he willingly jumped in to provide local assistance when needed. He tells you things to think about you didn't know mattered. He's looking out for my long-term happiness with the transaction as well as my financial interests. This is by no means my first real estate transaction, and I wish I could back redo all of the previous ones with Tomi as my realtor. My highest recommendation.

When I decided to sell my home I asked Kenny. I’ve known several of his clients and he came highly recommended. Kenny first came to my house and walked around and noticed a few small repairs that needed to be done. He also sat down with me and told me all about the selling process and what to expect. When we were ready to he came out with a photographer and took beautiful pictures. The house was sold in 18 days much sooner than I was expecting. He got the price I was hoping for as well. He also helped us get a rental to move into after the sell. I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Kenny.

Kenny is the best in the business. His knowledge of both the areas and the makeup of houses is second to none. What I appreciate most is his honesty. He points out the pros AND the cons of houses he shows so that as a buyer I can get a very true picture of what i'm looking at. He is honest, responsive, respectful and also a lot of fun. Kenneth had an instrumental role in putting the deal together that balanced the sale of the previous property with the closing of the current property. Normally that process occurs naturally but the timeframes were compressed and Ken was able to get all parties to their respective closing tables on the same day.

During the sale of property, there’s always twists and turns throughout the process. Kenneth always stays 2 steps ahead by predicting outcomes and devising a plan in advance for which outcome presents itself. At a point when I thought the deal was dead, Ken had the deal done.
