He did a market analysis and developed the marketing plan taking in mind that this would sell as the highest per square foot price for a non waterfront lot in Wilton Manors . He was diligent in having the house professionally photographed ,including drone photography to illustrate the proximity to Wilton Drive . He created a quality printed brochure and secured local and targeted advertising .
