Kenny and his team made purchasing our new home so simple. He was always “on it”! His attention to detail, allowed for knowledgeable explanations. His perspective and experience, is with a doubt, exceptional. We are honored and proud to recommend Kenny and his staff to our friends without reservation.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Kenny Silverman throughout my home buying journey, and I can confidently say it was an unforgettable experience. From start to finish, Kenny provided exceptional service and went above and beyond to help me find my dream home. What set Kenny apart was his attention to detail and willingness to listen to my needs and preferences. He took the time to show me a variety of properties that matched my criteria and was always available to answer any questions I had along the way. Kenny's expertise and knowledge of the real estate market are unparalleled, and it made the entire process feel seamless. He was transparent and honest throughout everything, which gave me peace of mind during an otherwise stressful time. But what truly made my experience with Kenny exceptional was his dedication and commitment to helping me find the perfect home. He was patient and understanding, and I never once felt like I was just another client. If you're looking for a top-notch realtor who truly cares about their clients, look no further than Kenny Silverman. I'm beyond grateful for his guidance and support throughout this process, and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. 5 stars all around!

Kenny is by far the best real estate agent I’ve ever coke in contact with! He is all about client first from start to finish… he is always 10 steps ahead of the process and if something does negatively happen he has solutions before you even knew an issue came up! I have used Kenny for multiple transactions and have trusted him with all 3 of my children’s multiple purchases , my brother and my cousin! He exceeded our expectations each time! I would like to also add that this last transaction I was selling a unit at the Water Garden condo off las olas and Kenny secured the highest price per square foot ever in the building!! How awesome is that!?

Steve Margolis was instrumental in completing a detailed home search with our personal preferences , negotiating the home sales agreement, walk through , and providing a list of local contractors and utility services numbers after our closing. We would highly recommend Steve Margolis to you for your home purchase. We found Steve to be extremely patient, very knowledgeable and confident in his profession.

Steve was a pleasure to work with. He is professional but still personal and friendly. He made our home search informative and enjoyable. His easy going manner took some of the stress out of the process. Since we did our search remotely, Steve was extremely accommodating and spent an entire weekend driving around and face timing many different houses. He was willing to adjust his plans and fit in last minute request. He helped guide us through the process and was there for and with us until the end, and afterward. We could not have made purchasing our new home from a distance a reality without Steve's personal touch and willingness to go above and beyond to help us. I would definitely use him as our agent for buying again or selling in the future.

Tomi is the hardest working and professional Realtor that I’ve ever worked with. His knowledge of the market got me a higher price for my condo than I ever thought possible. The way he staged and photographed the unit made it look like a model home. He was honest, transparent, and dependable. He also worked hard to find me my new place! I would highly recommend Tomi for any of your real estate needs.

Parks was great to work with - from start to finish! He was in constant communication with me, even well before I initiated the selling process. He provided accurate market information to determine the fair market value of my house, guidance on staging the house, and was a great support and comfort during the negotiation process in order to close the deal.

Above and beyond my expectations. Mr. Falk did all that he could to get a top price for my apt. in a very short time. He is the best realtor I’ve ever dealt with and I would certainly recommend him to anyone who is selling a home in Fla.

Tomi was very easy to work with. His perseverance in a rapidly changing market helped to get our house sold. The rapid change in interest rates was not helpful in the selling process.

Tomi was recommended to me last year as I was moving from Dallas to Fort Lauderdale. He helped me find a great rental for a year so that I could be sure that this area was the right spot to buy. Tomi made the process really stress-free. He found me the perfect apartment and I've enjoyed my rental. As promised, he followed up with me occasionally and then more formally at about 7 months as I'd requested. It was time to start looking for a place to purchase. A few of my neighbors recommended other real estate professionals, but after the experienced I'd had with Tomi in 2022, there was no question I'd use him again. We started the process, and I reminded him that I hadn't purchased a new home in almost 3 decades - and never in the state of Florida. This was when I confirmed that I'd picked the perfect agent. Tomi's expertise is his masterful ability to educate and guide you through the entire process. He knew my parameters, set up his portal to alert me to opportunities that fit my needs, and responded to questions I had both quickly and effectively. In almost no time he'd found me the perfect unit. When I looked at the pictures and apartment size, I didn't think it was a fit. He convinced me to go take a look. Great professionals know their client better than even the client even knows himself. That was the case for me. He showed me what the unit could look like, gave me great suggestions, and within a matter of weeks we were under contract! It is now one week since closing and the condo is starting to look like a HOME. That's all thanks to Tomi's focused and caring service. I hope to stay in this home for many years. But if I don't, I do know that Tomi will find me something perfect for my needs. Look no further than Tomi Kuczynski for your renting, selling, or buying experience!!!
