Pasquale not only performed at a very professional level throughout the entire process of the sale of my house, but he also gives you a very personal, homie vibe. He kept us updated and well informed throughout the entire process, and handled a lot of the “stressful” parts for us, so we didn’t have to go through it. I could not have been more pleased with the results! I met Pasquale through a mutual friend. In causal conversation he mentioned that he could help me sell a rental property that I have wanted to sell and offered to the current tenants for several years, but had never gained any traction. We set up a conference call with the tenants, and Pasquale talked us through a very streamlined approach, offered to arrange for a loan officer to review their financial situation to see if they qualified. He puts his client first! Pasquale was patient and walked through every step of the sales process with my wife and I. He listened, offered recommendations and developed a plan to review with my wife and I to sell our home. He is a great communicator and gave us updates along the way. He even offered his office for settlement to better serve the buyer and I during closing. In addition, the buyer needed assistance and he referred his contact to assist them with what they needed. He is a great agent in which I highly recommend.
