I contacted the Sandra Crews Team to help me sell my town home in the Fair Ridge community in Fairfax. I was selling my home for the first time and wanted an experienced real estate professional with a proven track record that I could rely on to make the process as stress free as possible for me and see that my property sold relatively quickly. We recently had to relocate my father from Virginia to Texas due to medical condition, and with no advanced preparations. This left us with addressing his house in Greenbrier. The home was largely in original condition and had not been upgraded since being purchased on 1972. Sandra an Alex were extremely helpful in both the sales of the house, as well as preparing it for sale. We relied on them to put us in contact with several contractors to make necessary changes to put the house in a sellable condition (carpet, plumbing, painting, etc…). These teams were especially responsive to Sandra and Alex, which relieved us of the concerns of working with an independent contractor and having to be there all the time to cover. They regularly checked upon the house and its condition in our absence. The sales experience was done in a very logical and professional manner. They were always very responsive within a few hours to calls or e-mails. The sales process itself was very methodical, logical, and minimized any confusion factor. I was referred by a Fairfax, VA Greenbriar neighbor to Sandra Crews and her Team when I decided to sell my house and retire. Sandra and Alex Crews brought in their knowledgeable remodeling Team associates to update and prepare the house for sale. They advertised the house for sale on many different websites and built its own website with professional photos and virtual tours as a part of their pre-MLS marketing. They placed signage on major traffic routes in the immediate area. The house was only on the market 2 days before it was sold for full price! Sandra kept me informed of the appraisal and home inspection processes and provided details of the buyer negotiations. She also advised me on the details of the Closing process; scheduled within 30 days of the Contract Agreement negotiation. Due to a personal scheduling conflict, Sandra acted on my behalf with a "Limited Power-of-Attorney” to facilitate the sale at Closing.
