Sandra and Alex helped us sell our Greenbriar Ashley model home earlier this year. We are extremely happy with the results and wish we had worked with them in the past with our other properties. We interviewed local agents due to the uniqueness of Greenbriar homes. Sandra and Alex immediately showed us that their knowledge of Greenbriar, our model, marketing and market expertise was well above those we worked with in the past as well as the other agents we were interviewing. We can honestly say that they made this experience very fun. We wanted to be very involved in the process and they delivered. They provided a lot of information through out the sale, like online traffic statistics and how we compared to competing homes, feedback from buyers, market trends, etc. The home sold quicker than we thought for a slightly higher price than we had in mind. Sandra Crews Team exceeded our expectations in selling our home. They advised us on how to obtain information from the home owner's association (HOA) and waited patiently while we resolved HOA issues during their pre-MLS marketing period.
