We had a great experience working with Sandra while selling our house. Sandra is very knowledgeable about the local market, buyers, the process and everything in between. It was a pleasure working with Sandra and her team. They were easy to get a hold off, clear in communication and eager to help. I would definitely use Sandra again for my real estate needs on the Cape.

Sandra is that rarest of real estate professionals - smarter and more resourceful than the average CEO of a Fortune 500 company, but also personally caring and sensitive with the sometimes difficult situations that can arise when moving homes. She has helped my family land our dream home in Provincetown, and she's also been a great resource and agent for selling my parents' home and buying them a new condo. She knows the Cape and South Shore intimately, she buys real estate for herself and so has the keen eye of an owner-operator, and she can solve absolutely any problem you have with her extensive network of professional connections. And, she's funny! In short, I can't recommend Sandra enough, and I'll be sending all my friends and family to her.

Sandy is the best! Even though we weren't actively looking, and weren't sure of our price range, she was willing and available to go to multiple different properties with us before we found the right fit. Once we did find the condo we wanted, Sandy offered expert insight into the market, negotiating tactics, etc. and we are very happy with how the entire purchase played out because of her. She also connected us with a trusted lender who made our mortgage process a breeze!

Short story: Sandy combines real-estate savvy with a genuine concern for her clients. We had several long conversations over maybe eight months before I actually decided to put my home on the market; and I never felt any pressure to list with her as she helped me explore my situation from multiple angles. Once I did list, she moved quickly and, I believe, helped me get the best possible offer for my home. Although it was admittedly something of a "fixer-upper," Sandy and her team gave it their full effort, including quite a beautiful array of pictures online and two open houses over one weekend. The house sold in five days (with some 45 people having gone through to see it and six offers) for $40,000 over the asking price. From then on, Sandy was great about giving me guidance, quickly responding to questions and checking in to see if I needed any help in the moving process. She has a wealth of knowledge concerning local resources. I'm very pleased to recommend Sandy and her team as being both pleasant and professional.

I could not be more grateful for Sandra! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!!! Sandra is an absolute rockstar, I don't know how she does it. She helped us buy the cutest cottage in South Dennis, MA and was phenomenal at negotiating with the listing agent for what we wanted. She really knows people and real estate. Sandra goes above and beyond, making herself available for us to see the house 1000 times between our first interest and closing. She is also just a delight to work and chat with, she brings such a good energy whenever we see her . She has extensive knowledge about the Cape and surrounding areas so she gave us a lot of good info and advice, that we didn't expect. I can not say enough about Sandy and I will be recommending her to everyone I know buying or listing a house.

Sandra worked tirelessly for us and always gave 110%. We had such a good experience when we purchased a property, we chose to work with her again when it was time to sell. We highly recommend her as she will accomplish your goals.

Super experience working with Sandra Milano and her team at Re-max to sell my home. Right from the start Sandy was easy to work with caring and friendly. We completely agreed on the listing price and at what point to drop it. Sandy and the team took care of most of the steps in the process like scheduling and meeting with home and fire inspectors so I could focus on moving on myself. She has contacts with tradespeople, lawyers, and bankers. My lawyer made it a point to tell me how easy it was to work with Sandy. She could tell she was very experienced and on top of her game. I wouldn’t hesitate to refer Sandy and the team to anyone looking to buy or sell.

Sandy and her team worked tirelessly to clean the house, which required several dumpsters, made necessary repairs, and took care of all other concerns to make the house saleable.

Sandra was instrumental, in helping us sell our cottage. There were many on the market, at the same time. She was easy to get in touch with and prompt, answering texts or emails.

Sandy was very helpful and always very responsive throughout the home purchase process. We were moving to MA from out of state without knowing anyone locally. Sandy offered several reliable contacts to help us with the various tasks associated with the purchase and close the deal in 60 days. She has consistently checked in since then to offer additional support and to inquire about any questions or needs that may have arisen. Her attention to detail and customer service acumen are exemplary.
