The market has made house buying a challenging and sometimes heart-breaking process, but Lydia worked with my wife and me each step of the way with multiple offers on multiple houses until an offer was finally accepted. Weekends with Lydia became a regular thing as we continued to search for our home. Lydia was there every weekend, prepared, enthusiastic, and ready to travel hither and yon, as we viewed houses throughout Worcester and Middlesex counties. There are not enough glowing adjectives to describe Lydia! Barbara is very dedicated to her clients. She did a thorough review of the property and gave me a list of recommended change. She also help arranged the handyman for some of the work. Since we already moved out, she also brought her own curtains, rugs etc. to decorate the house before showing. We are thankful for her hard work and professionalism.
