Shannon has been with us through this process since February and we’ve gone under contract, backed out, under contract again, dealt with negotiations. We’ve traveled from out of state to look at homes with her twice, lots of communication was dealt with 1000 miles away from SC. She was so involved through the whole process. The way that she was able to narrow homes down to our desired specifications was awesome. The amount of honesty and thought she would inform to you about a property was incredible. Having some struggle finding a home with our first realtor, my wife and I decided to look elsewhere for a more aggressive realtor. It didn't take long, and Shannon messaged us and stepped up to the plate. And let me just tell you that she certainly delivered. She answered all of our questions and texts very quickly, and she did everything she could to help us get our new home regardless of the time of day. And although Shannon has an aggressive approach (in a very good way), she also did not pressure us to offer more than we should. I know some realtors like to push extra money to make a deal happen, but she did not. She recommended what she felt was best, and from day one the process was as smooth as we could have asked for.
