Kelly's integrity, dedication, client-first mindset translates into a winning relationship with her clients. She is very skilled in marketing, social media promoting and delivering quality results in all aspects of her work. Kelly graduate with a BBA in Finance/Real Estate from Georgia State University in Atlanta, GA. Following graduation, Kelly spent several years in a variety of corporate finance/banking and consulting positions, including Real Estate Investments and Securities (Series 6/63), honing her negotiating skills along the way. In the late -1990’s, satisfying her entrepreneurial inclination and natural culinary skills, Kelly designed, built, and operated three restaurants and a corporate catering company in the Atlanta metroplex - operating until 2009 when she closed and became a private chef for celebrity clients in Los Angeles. Although restaurant ownership/management and real estate sales seem oceans apart, client service, approach, and satisfaction match perfectly. Kelly’s formal background, years of hands-on experience and personality make real estate sales a natural. The challenge of real estate sales and personal motivation led Kelly into the business; first in Scottsdale, AZ in 2016, where Kelly was “Rookie of the Year” with the highest production level of “new” agents’ company-wide that year. After several successful years in Scottsdale, the lure to return to The South and desire to be closer to family in particular, brought Kelly back to Myrtle Beach. In 2021, Kelly made Myrtle Beach her permanent home. She has been a top producer in this market since 2022. Kelly is a member of the Junior League of Atlanta Luxury Home Marketing Institute since 2014

Since becoming a Realtor I’ve earned my Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR®) designation, Military Relocation Professional (MRP) Certification, and Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) qualification. Before Real estate, I spent the past decade serving our country in the Military Intelligence Corp for the United States Army and in the private sector of the intelligence community for the United States government. With a specialization of human intelligence and a proud history of serving, I chose real estate to have the opportunity to still serve others in a meaningful way while building long-term friendships. As a Counterintelligence Special Agent, I was trained and developed many unique analytical skills that has enable me to excel in comprehensive marketing analysis for clients to obtain the best possible value for their property that they seek to purchase or sell.
