Real estate is not only my business it is my passion. Everything about it is fun, oportunistic, interesting or challenging. Real estate embodies so many career choices combining the best parts of them all. Owning two RE/MAX office's only deepened my love for the industry. With the offices being at the beach(one of my favorite places) there is a broad range of options available for our clients. The American Dream lives!

Long Beach is my hometown, which we affectionately refer to as "God's country". I've spent time in Seattle where I raised my children, lived in Florida for 15 years and am SO happy to be back here on the Peninsula. I've found my forever home, and I'd love to help you find yours!

Linda is homegrown and local. She met her husband Ted at Ilwaco High School and they have three wonderful children and grandchildren that are their pride and joy Their life time experiences bring a world of knowledge to buyers and sellers. She loves working with buyers and sellers to help them meet their specific goals of owning beach property. Linda is also the manager of the REMAX Property Management division and has a wealth of information about investment properties.

Throughout my career tailored sales, consistent service support and communication has been key to my success. My commitment to fulfillment of customer needs and expectations is my specific goal. Beginning with my military service in the U.S. Navy Seabees, I learned the value of accomplishment of expectations. Both my working career and I personally have benefited from those values to this day. I started my own company from concept to growing the business in 23 states from coast to coast within 20 years. After selling my company, a competing firm invited me to join their national expansion project. After 10 years, I became involved in real estate and joined RE/MAX. Living most often in the Pacific Northwest, my wife and I became full time residents of the Long Beach Peninsula in 1999, moving from Beaverton, OR. We have found a wonderful place to live and I look forward to helping others have the same experience.
