How likely am I to recommend Julie Grahmann as a real estate agent? 1000% likely, and that’s not a typo! Julie was a fantastic agent for my recent home purchase as well as for several real-estate transactions my parents have made in the past. Her experiential knowledge is only one of the many reasons for my recommendation. She is also extremely detail-oriented, understanding, and very obviously skilled in this industry. My purchase was seamless. She helped me write an offer that was immediately accepted over two other offers (even though it was less than asking price!). She also helped me ensure that everything was taken care of after the inspection and was so compassionate about understanding my closing-date needs. I cannot think of any other way that Julie could have been more helpful and amazing. I will recommend her to anyone!

House sold in 3 days for more than what we asked for. As soon as our house went on the market she made sure the world knew about it by posting it in social media and posting updates. Kirby and her team have been amazing to work with. Everyone always responds on a timely manner and makes sure to keeps us in the loop for everything. Now we are just waiting to close on our new built, which she has been a part of since day one. My husband and I can always count on her when we need some assistance or just someone to translate a contract for us. :) So happy to have Kirby part of our journey.

Chase has an unreal work ethic. He worked very hard with my family to find the home we bought. He found our home which wasn't listed on MLS. Knows what he is doing with contracts, we won 2 other competitive offers that we rejected later in the process and then won the 3rd offer where there were also multiple bids. Chase was great!! I called, planning on just leaving a message at 10 pm. I didn't realize it was his personal cell number. He called back within 10 mins. He was so helpful and patient with all my questions. He was always willing to go above and beyond, and was willing to meet us at a house to walk through. We found our home with his help. It was what we had been looking for. He walked us through crazy amounts of paperwork and helped us with the questions and buying process, which can be overwhelming. He talked with the seller realtor and was able to help solve some issues that came up, with a timely and professional manner. From family and friends who have shared their experience,we were prepared for a long hard process of buying a home, but with Chase Levitt and Remax equity the process was surprisingly faster than we thought it would be. Lawrence is the total package! I met Lawrence many years ago and told him when I was ready, he would be my realtor. Fast forward 3 years and some change. I called Lawrence on his cell as we had stayed in touch and he is always free when you need him. I told him it was time to make good on that promise I made him. This was my first house so I wasn't sure what to expect or anything. Lawrence made it easy as possible. He pointed out flaws and reasons not to buy certain houses that I may not have seen. In the end, we narrowed it down to a house that wasn't in my range, but was the one I wanted. Lawrence was adamant that I do not buy a house unless it "felt like home". This home did, but was out of my range. Lawrence assured me that if I Iiked the house, he would do his best. He spent a ton of time analyzing the neighborhood, comps, things to fix, etc. In the end I ended up getting the house I wanted, for way less than they were asking, and even well under my desired budget. Lawrence even went as far as paying for his cleaning crew to come in and clean the house when the selling agent fell through (they promised prof clean). Two months have gone by since I moved in and Lawrence still calls or texts me on a weekly basis to see how things are coming. He is not only a great realtor, but a friend after all of this.

Lawrence has represented me on a few home sales/purchases over the previous 20+ years and the following example from my last home purchase should give you the incentive to have him represent you. I purchased my home last August. It had been on the market for quite a while and the seller's would only sell on an "as-is" basis since they never lived in the property. Since I've had my real estate broker's license in WI for about 40 years I thought I knew better than Lawrence as to how my Offer should be submitted. Lawrence asked me to trust him and allow him to do his job. Well, he not only got the seller to accept my Offer for significantly less than I thought they would take, but also got them to repair/replace defective items that came up in the inspection in spite of the deal being "as-is". The adage bought right is half sold is true here as I recently refinanced and found out my home has appreciated almost $70,000 in about 1 year. This guy has a way with deals like no one else and impeccable integrity which isn't always the case in this industry. Kudos, Lawrence and thanks again!
