David - in very short order - listened to a few parameters we had and some want lists, set up a search that updated daily and, in the course of a week, we were able to line up around 20 showings. He had these mapped out so we were able to fly in, view the properties very efficiently and submit an offer in 24 hours time. He's very friendly, pays attention to things you are looking for even if you may not realize it's a want, and is very professional. he's not pushy at all - very helpful and allows you to drive the process the way you want, which was incredible. We went from finding out we needed to buy a house to closing on a great property in 35 days and couldn't have had a better experience!

I have now had the privilege to work with Tricia twice, once when buying my home and next when I decided to sell. When I contacted Tricia to sell my home she was immediately on it. She was able to get my home listed and sold very quick, and kept me updated during every step. Tricia also went above and beyond by using an amazing photographer to take photos for the listing, and a nicer sign out front than I’ve seen other realtors use. Tricia also helped me sell some of my furniture that I did not get sold prior to my moving date. I would hands down work with Tricia again, she truly cares about her clients.
