I found Gina through a friend and called her up the next day to ask if she'd show me some houses the very next Sunday. I'd unexpectedly fallen in love with a house and wanted to see all the others like it in the neighborhood before I made a decision. She didn't hesitate one bit and ended up helping me buy the house I'd fallen in love with. I loved working with Gina, she was so calm and competent, all the way through! I now consider her my friend and hope to stay in touch.

Gina is the most patient, non-pushy knowledgeable realtor I have ever had the privilege of working with. She is more concerned about finding you the right house at the right price than making her commission. If you want a pushy car salesman type realtor then you better look else where because she will take however long you need. Thank you Gina for finding my perfect home.

David recently helped us buy a small farm in the Molalla area and we would highly recommend him to you! David has what it takes to help you through the real estate process. He was responsive and patient as we shopped for just the right place. He was on top of all the paperwork, keeping the sale on track and protecting our rights. He may not be a psychiatrist but he kept us calm during the emotionally charged phase of the purchase which is no small task!
