Michelle was outstanding in communicating with us and helping us on the final terms and purchasing of land. Though we had hurdles with our financing bank we communicated often back and forth.

We are on our 3rd sales experience with Tracy. She has assisted us through 3 home sales and purchases. We obviously think she is top in her field and we have exceptionally high standards for our representation when buying and selling properties. Tracy always makes us feel as though we are her only clients, while we know that she has a strong client base and is highly referred by everyone she has assisted. We can't speak highly enough about her skill, knowledge and expertise throughout the buying/selling experience. Tracy goes above and beyond, each and every time, and if she'll have us, we sure will have her handle our next real estate deal!

Michelle was highly recommended to us by a family member. She listened to our needs, assessed the challenges associated with the sale of our home and proposed a plan without making any unrealistic expectations. The house sold three days after it went on the market. Michelle is dependable, trustworthy and great to work with. A true professional, we couldn't have asked for more.

Michelle is exceptional. She invests in the plan you create for yourself and supports all the way! She is experienced, knowledgeable, and kept me focused on my goal. She was available when I needed her and never made me feel like an inconvenience. She worked well with the other realtors and was always strategic. She made this process fun and way less stressful than I thought. I recommend her to the CB moon and back! She is THE BEST!

Michelle knows real estate and our community, but the best part of working with her is the way she sees human relationships, and values the creating a harmonious connection over the bottom line. This is a great approach to negotiation because it helps everyone stay on the same path together. So fun to journey with her in finding our new home.
