Lacy was fantastic every step of the way. She is knowledgeable about the local market, stays in communication from start to finish, was never pushy, marketed the house well and conducted everything professionally. She made the entire process of selling and buying another house as painless as possible. She truly went above and beyond. I wouldn't hesitate to hire her as my agent again, if I ever need to move again.

Lacy was a pleasure to work with while my wife and I began our relocation process. She made each showing easy and comfortable. Her strong negotiating skills lead to our offer being selected over multiple other offers. We highly recommend Lacy!

Jeromey helped me buy my farm and then later sell it. He was professional and easy to work with and made sure the sale happened when it looked like the buyer might back out. I appreciate all his help and will use him again the next time I buy!

I recommend, buying or selling to let Lacy be your choice. I did and it was one of the best decisions I've ever made. She is so good at her job. She's scary good. Professional, hard working, sincere, caring. The list goes on. I could write a book on how wonderful my experience with Lacy was. I won't. Just know, you'll be very happy, with Lacy as your realtor.

Tyanne was very knowledgeable concerning the business side of moving. She made the stress of moving much easier by communicating with me, the buyers of my previous home, and the sellers of my new home. She’s incredibly personable, listened to my concerns, and answered any questions I had. I would highly recommend those who are looking at buying or selling a home to consult with Tyanne due to her expertise and flexibility.
