I choose Lacy Hatton to list my house based on her professionalism and extensive knowledge about my neighborhood, Masterson Station. She explained each step of the process, was detail-oriented in listing the home, and answered all my questions promptly and concisely. Her organization and preparation allowed me to list the house at the right price, receiving multiple offers which were thoroughly outlined and clearly presented in order for me to make the best decision. I highly recommend listing your home with Lacy as I felt taken care of and valued throughout the entire experience.

Lacy was a great buyers' agent - got us looking at listings ASAP, knowledgeable about house pricing, quality and neighborhood, and putting in a bid was a breeze. She was a super responsive, and just great to work with all around. We will stick with her for future real estate needs :-)

Lacy is a fantastic agent. From beginning to end, she was always one text/call away from solving any issue. Even before we settled on a property, Lacy was more than happy to help shop around for different houses, checking the listings (practically daily), and researching each one to get the best possible estimate of closing price and such details. Once we settled on a place, she was first and foremost digging up past details, checking with other contracted parties, and always speeding up the process without sacrificing details. If you need an agent, there are few as Professional, Courteous, and Punctual as Lacy Hatton. If something needs to be done, Lacy will already have the paperwork ready. If you have a very specific property in mind, Lacy will use any spare time to find your dream home. If you're on a tight schedule and have deadlines that must be met, Lacy will be on it like jelly on toast.

Misty helped us find a home that met our needs for a first home. She was knowledgeable and professional. We had a wonderful experience from house hunting and the way to closing. She made the process easy with recommendations for loan officers to inspections. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Misty goes above and beyond for her clients. Not only did she sell my house but my sons as well. She was with us every step of the way. She even handled everything while my husband and I was out of the country on vacation. Misty searched for the perfect lots so our son was able to build right beside us. Put your stress of selling and finding a new home in her hands. You will not be disappointed.

Right from day one Misty was always there to help our real estate sale in every possible way. The whole team was great to work with and most highly recommended by myself and my daughter. Any time I had questions or needed help, it was there right away! Perfection in motion. I didn't think that existed these days...

As a first time home buyer, the entire experience is very overwhelming. Lacy was SO patient with me as I learned everything about the process. She was so timely with everything and even picked up the slack of the lenders when they weren’t moving quick enough for our liking. I couldn’t have picked a better realtor to help me through my first home and I would most definitely recommend her to anyone buying or selling. I can confidently say I will be using her for every purchase or sale from now on!

Tyanne was a godsend! My brother had passed away and we had no idea how we were going to handle the sale of his house from three states away. Tyanne took all our worries away - not only with the actual sale, but helped us find someone to make repairs and take care of things around the house. She is so friendly and professional and did a great job of keeping us informed every step of the way. We were so fortunate to find her and would strongly recommend her!

Following our move all the way from the State of Washington, and knowing nothing of Kentucky or the Lexington area, we feel fortunate to have made contact with Tyanne Whitworth. Tyanne has all the qualities one would hope for in a real estate agent: professional, dependable, experienced and knowledgeable of the business and of the area. Tyanne helped us find a new home in the Nicholasville area. We are extremely happy with our home and location. Tyanne Whitworth is highly recommended by Jack and Pattie Scott for anyone needing real estate assistance.
