Gloria has been a terrific realtor to my wife and I from the very beginning. Always attending to all our questions and needs, she really took the time to listen to what we were looking for and never came off as someone just trying to make a sale. She always put OUR needs first before anything else. (Take notes newbies!) She was always easy to reach and responsive, if she couldn't pick up the phone she would always call me back right away. She took the time to setup a 9 home tour from the first weekend we worked together and as soon as either of us said "not interested" she said "ok next house!". She never once tried to push me into a house I didn't like. The process of buying a home nowadays is very convoluted. Anyone who is currently going through the loan process alone will know what I'm talking about... which means the necessity for having a realtor to help simplify the process and help reduce the headache is more dire than ever.
