I do not want to sound like a canned statement but having moved out of state Candace took over everything and she was simply astonishing. She did not treat the sale like a salesperson but took time and imitative to take care of the small details in my home. Anyone would be lucky to have her as my realtor. In real estate you begin to hate the word “PROCESS” but she made it seem so effortless and smooth. She is honest and professional telling you like it is and constantly keeping you up on changes in the market. Things do not always go as planned but her calming down to earth person who listens and understands the individual needs of the person. We were lucky someone recommended her and will continue to recommend Candace to others as a truly professional, proactive and truly FANTASTIC person not just a realtor you will not be disappointed.

FANTASTIC realtor. We interviewed 4 realtors to list our house. Candace was the first. We liked her immediately, but due diligence meant continuing the interviews. Could have saved time by just signing with her at the end of the first interview. She is prepared, knowledgeable, and tells it like it is, in a calm manner. She told us what to do to prep the house and we did it. The whole process wasn't perfect, but the things that went wrong were out of her, and our, control. When we got stressed, she calmed us down. We would definitely hire Candace again to buy or sell a house and we have already recommended her to people planning on listing a home for sale.

This Lady is the best ever!!!! Not only is she smart and knowledgable, she is personable and compassionate and really cares about her clients. She is always up-front with everything. If there are any "hicupps" as she called them, she goes above and beyond to help fix the issue and/or put things into place. The day of my closing, I was a little under the weather and on the way to the closing I had a coughing/asthma attack. If it weren't for her the closing probably wouldn't have happened. she gladly gave me her water (in her favorite cup) and once I was able to breathe again I made a comment about needing an inhaler and BOOM she whips one out of her purse. This lady is full of wit and surprises. she makes your experience all about you and keeping you comfortable. My Realtor, Candace Mulvaney definitely Rocks!!
